New Distributors

Phoenix Dental, Inc. maintains a worldwide network of well established distributors to effectively support the professional dental market within a particular country or territory.

1. Screening – All potential distributors are screened to assure that they can effectively support the business within their assigned country or territory. This includes a review of the distributor’s capacity to market and sell Phoenix Dental’s products, support the needs of the dental professional, and most importantly, to operate in a moral and professional way while representing Phoenix Dental, Inc.
2. Exclusivity – Phoenix Dental, Inc. endeavors to establish exclusive distribution relationships whenever possible; however, your country’s laws may not make this feasible. Exclusivity is based on the screening process, the distributor’s commitment to promoting and supporting Phoenix Dental’s products, commitment to rapid product registration when required, willingness to stock a reasonable amount of Phoenix Dental’s products and to meet mutually agreed upon set goals within the country or territory. 
3. Product – Phoenix Dental’s product development is supported by a staff of research and manufacturing professionals to ensure the efficacy and quality of all Phoenix Dental’s products. We do ask our distributors to sign a non-binding Distributor Quality Agreement. Phoenix Dental's products are manufactured in compliance with world class Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Phoenix Dental’s products are regulated under the U.S Food and Drug Administration as well as health and safety laws within each of the countries where Phoenix Dental’s products are sold and distributed. Along with the products listed on our site, Phoenix Dental’s products address the markets, opportunities and the dental concerns of its worldwide customer base.
4. Pricing – Understanding that each country and, in many cases, cultures, the buying habits vary, Phoenix Dental, Inc. strives to offer and maintain distributor pricing that will allow the local distributor the opportunity to maximize selling opportunities, as well as profitability. Along with price support, we additionally work with our distributors to support marketing and much more.
5. Support – Phoenix Dental, Inc. offers full distributor support. This includes aggressive pricing, marketing support, registration and regulatory assistance, sales support, and other types of support that will enhance the efforts and profitability of our distributors.
